Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the HEE & LEE website (www.heeandlee.com) and our customers have right to return the order within 7 days of purchase.

Our products are well inspected and tested during the production. The battery in the watches are good enough for one year. If anything goes wrong then we’ll be happy to repair or replace it. In order to receive the replacement, the items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. The watch must be in the same condition as when it was originally dispatched.

The return cannot be made:

– If any color change, or scratches made to any parts of the product.

– If any damage from accidents, abnormal use or incorrect use of the watch.

– If the product being opened, altered or repaired by a non-authorized person.
